    About Aubri & Liv

    Personal Trainers

    We were born just over a year apart and have been side by side ever since. When Aubri was 19 she decided to start lifting weights in the gym instead of spending all her time on the stair climber or treadmill. This lead to changes in her body's physique that had evaded her even though she had been working hard in the gym previously. What changed? A combination of the right kind of weight lifting and nutrition incorporated consistently gave her the results she had dreamt of achieving. Liv started as an experienced group fitness instructor and went through a similar journey as Aubri and yes, found exactly what makes her body work for her instead of against her. We both have a passion for helping others become their best, strongest, and happiest selves. Yes, it may start with fitness, but soon you may find excellence dripping into every aspect of your life. We want to be apart of your journey and make it even easier for you to get the results you have always dreamt of having.
